SAP SuccessFactors Release Highlights 2H 2026
The SAP SuccessFactors 2H-2026 release has been available in preview since October 12 and will go live on November 13–14. Our consultants have selected the most important new features across all modules and summarized them for you: from Platform, Employee Central, and Payroll to Time Tracking, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, and Onboarding, all the way to Compensation and Learning.
For each new feature, you’ll see at a glance what’s changing, the added value it brings, the level of effort required, and our assessment of it. Highlights include the new organizational modeling in Employee Central, the revamped onboarding experience, time-based time valuation, AI-powered course creation in Learning, and the acknowledgment of receipt for compensation statements. We also highlight deprecations that require action.
