Certified UKA interface from Entago
Entago.UKA offers a certified interface between SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) and SAP SuccessFactors and UKA Solutions as well as Carema (products from HRM Systems) for reporting and processing accident and absence data. The Entago interface supports the synchronization of the systems without redundant data management. The relevant data is periodically transferred to HRM Systems during export and read into the SAP HCM system during import, where it is available for further processing.
Integration via the Entago.UKA interface means that HRM Systems’ software solutions can be seamlessly integrated into the company’s existing system landscape, enabling optimum use and increased efficiency of HR-related processes.
Simple implementation and application
Entago.UKA can be implemented in just a few days. The calculation logic for the wage shares is defined together with HRM Systems and stored in the SAP system. No user training is required.
Customized flexibility
Data exports can be transmitted to UKA via web services or as files. Daily allowances are provided by UKA as a file and can be imported and posted in Entago.UKA.
In addition, the interface coding can easily be supplemented with customer-specific requirements.
Technical integration
The generated or received XML files can be exchanged securely either manually via secure mail or automatically via web services. Data transfer is based on the XML standard version 9.3. The generated artifacts are certified by HRM Systems.
